a healthy person is someone who eats very healthy foods fills there bodies with the right things e.g. calcium, fibre, omega 3, iron, vitamins. just because someone is skinny it doesn’t mean they are healthy, and just because someone is fat it doesn’t mean they are unhealthy. you must remember that, looks can be deceiving x

i don’t count calories to the extreme that if i will go one calorie over a certain number i won’t eat that is silly. i just make sure what i am putting int o my body isn’t excessive. i have a calorie book and it is fabulous best $9 i ever spent it has everything from subway to how much calories are in a apple.

depends on your weight and diet history and your style of eating but usually i would say no. you usually find you either under eat or over eat. x

i would like to loss 3 more kilos but for my height i weight a really good weight!
